The art of relaxation or sleep with a trace of awareness. In this class, we begin with a few asanas to loosen the joints and prep the body to relax comfortably on the mat, with props, you will then be guided to complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. A form of guided meditation with specific paths to allow you to find that sweet spot between sleep and wakefulness. In this state you may find answers you were seeking or allow the subconscious to let go of what no longer serves you. Either way, your mind and body will benefit! Come Relax with Us!

About the instructor:
Lisa Yeager RYT200: Finding Yoga to improve life affected by illness (rheumatoid arthritis) and injury(car accident causing 2 spine and hip surgery), Lisa began teaching and continually learning to share with others how yoga improves life on many levels, physically, mentally and emotionally. She is called to heal and is certified in trauma release and Yoga Nidra. Life's traumas and losses have brought her to a place of strength and giving. Providing a safe place to grow in strength, heal and be whole is what she hopes to achieve.
