Escape from the busyness of life and embrace a nurturing weekend of yoga, breath work and guided meditation. We will use mindful movement and energy work to bring us back to a state of balance. 

Connect with other women in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment and draw on the quiet beautiful energy of the Eastern Shore. While on the Bay enjoy peaceful autumn scenery, nature walks and quiet spaces to recharge. Delicious nourishing meals and cabin style accommodations are included.

All are welcome regardless of experience level or spiritual path.

▪ 9:00-9:30 Meditation & Yoga Nidra

Saturday

▪ 7:30-8:30 Gentle Yoga Flow

▪ 8:30-9:15 Breakfast

▪ 9:30-11:30 - Nature walk or Canoeing

▪ 11:45-12:45 - Lunch

▪ 1:00-2:00 Free Time

▪ 2:00-3:30 Team building activity

▪ 4:00-5:00 Restorative Yoga 

▪ 5:30-6:30 Dinner

▪ 7:00-8:30 Energy Tuning  

▪ 8:30pm Bonfire 

Sunday

▪ 7:30-8:15 Pranayama (breath work) & Meditation

▪ 8:15-9:00 Light Breakfast

▪ 9:30-11:00 Chakra Workshop

▪ 11:30 Brunch

▪ 1:00-1:30pm - Closing Meditation
