Alex Botero, RYT 500, director and co-founder of Yoga Nook, has over 6 years of teaching experience. In addition to the many classes she teaches at the Nook, she also teaches therapeutic yoga to children and adults with special needs. Alex has been an educator for over 20 years. Holding space for her students to explore and experience the unfolding of their personal practice is the most gratifying aspect of teaching.
