We know it can be intimidating to start a yoga practice. Our intention is to give you a solid foundation from which you can continue a healthy and safe yoga journey. Each week we will cover different themes along with how to get in and out of postures safely, proper breathing techniques, and how to maintain a peaceful state of mind.

Week 2: warm up from the inside out
Week 3: standing and stability
Week 4: balance and ease
Week 5: flexibility and fluidity
Week 6: relaxed body, quiet mind
