Laughter Yoga Workshop

Ok, so what is Laughing Yoga? Put simply, laughing yoga is just another way of reconnecting to our true self!
Like our asana, pranayama, and meditation practices laughing yoga is just another practice.
Come experience intentional laughter and see how joyful and uplifted you feel afterwards!
Experience the laughter, engage in fun group laughter, bring back that childlike playfulness that we lose a bit as we age, learn the benefits of prolonged, intentional laughter, and just have fun!
