Muning Hu                   RYT500, E-RYT200, Yin Yoga Certified, YACEP

Muning was first introduced to Yoga when she was 15. What inspires Muning the most is the journey of self-realization and the spiritual connection to the true self. She became a lifetime student to Yoga ever since and is still feeling grateful for every learning experience around her and many study opportunities in India. She spent extensive time in both India and China learning and absorbing the Science of Easter Medicine.

Muning’s teaching is inspired by integrating tools from different styles and approaches in order to customize classes and teacher trainings for her students. Muning believes every student is an individual who have different bodies and need different approaches to yoga. Muning’s goal as a teacher is to inspire her students to find their balanced life, happiness and inner peace both on their mats and off the mats through the practice of yoga. Your teacher:
Stacy Faherty, RYT 200

Stacy was first introduced to the practice of yoga 12 years ago in college when she registered to take a Hatha Yoga class to fulfill a physical education requirement. Stacy had no idea that by taking this elected course her life would forever be changed. She received her RYT 200 with the Nook and enjoys practicing as well as teaching restorative yoga, mindful, breath centered movement, Yin Yoga, and Chair Yoga. Stacy’s style of teaching is breath centered and focuses on how one feels in a posture rather than how one looks. We all come to our mats for different reasons but the end result is the same.  We are striving to feel connected to our eternal truth, whether we realize it or not. As a teacher, Stacy’s mission is to create a safe and all-inclusive space to allow students to feel the freedom to explore their bodies, make friends with their breath, and expand their consciousness for all that is good, right within. The Bhagavad Gita tells, us that, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self” all it takes is an ounce of willingness and the rest will unfold just as it should.
