Natasha first came to yoga in 2007 to help with anxiety and depression. She feel in love with the practice and wanted to share her passion with others. Natasha was certified to teach in 2008. Teaching vinyasa for a few years was satisfying, however, she really wanted to be in a place where she could offer yoga to people of all abilities. She and Alex opened Yoga Nook in 2014 with the intention of creating a space for all. In 2017 she completed a 300 hour Yoga Therapy program to develop her teaching and further her knowledge. Throughout her 11 years of teaching she has always looked for ways to cultivate a deeper understanding of yoga whether it be studying with amazing seasoned teachers or reading and studying from numerous texts. When she’s not on her mat you can find her hanging out with her Golden Retriever Bodhi, spending time with her boys and family, or looking for fun outside adventures!
