Muning was first introduced to Yoga when she was 15. While there was neither yoga studio nor teacher available to her at the beginning, she was self-taught for years from videos and books. What inspire Muning the most are the process of self-realization and the spiritual connection of the true self. She became a lifetime student to Yoga ever since and is still feeling grateful for every experience and study opportunities under great teachers like Dharma Mittra, Swami Asokananda, Sri Manju Jois, Kino McGregor, Tim Miller, Alan Finger, Beryl Bender Birch, Avery Jones and Jule Febre.

Although she's had a strong physical practice for 15 years, she feels more fulfilled and complete with meditation, pranayama, philosophy, spirituality and many other aspects of yoga. This desire to learn more brought her to the completion of a teacher training program in 2013 and a pilgrimage journey to India in 2014. From then on, Muning feels that her yoga practice has finally embarked on the right path to become a whole.

Muning practices, studies and teaches various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Dharma Mittra, Restorative and Yin. Muning’s goal as a teacher is to inspire her students to find their balanced life, happiness and inner peace both on their mats and in their lives through the practice of yoga.
