RYT 200 & Acro Revolution Teacher
Marissa started practicing yoga in 2011 as an effort to involve more movement & balance in her life. Little did she know that this was the beginning of a wonderful and fulfilling journey. Becoming a member of the Yoga Nook inspired her to learn about yoga beyond it's physical aspects. In 2017 she completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Nook.
Marissa enjoys sharing the benefits of yoga with her students, friends and family. Her personal yoga practice allows her to be kind to herself and stay grounded which she integrates into her classes with her students.
Practicing Acroyoga has taught Marissa how to trust and communicate more with ease.
