"If you live in or near Chesapeake and are looking for a caring, sincere environment to practice yoga, Yoga Nook is the best place in Hampton Roads to do just that. The welcoming, supportive environment makes all the difference in your practice and is a place you will enjoy coming. So...drop everything you are doing, check them out, and sign up for at least one class; you will be very glad you did!"  - Janet C.

“Excellent place. Alex was wonderful in guiding us through such a great session. Warm welcoming place for all levels. As a beginner I felt welcome and not at all intimidated. So many levels of people in one session but well guided for all. Love it”  - Darlene L.

"The classes at Yoga Nook help me feel grounded and present. I appreciate the caring instructors and the thoughtful details like the soft yellow walls, soothing music and purposeful lack of mirrors. There are classes available for all levels of students. The atmosphere is non-competitive and nurturing."  - Carol H.

"I have been practicing yoga for several years and have found some really good studios in Tidewater and Yoga Nook is right up there with the best. There are a variety of classes whether you are a beginner or a seasoned Yogi you can find something you can enjoy. From Restorative/Yin with Muning to a challenging Vinyasa Lvl 2 with Tash, to a led Ashtanga practice.

I am so glad I found this small, intimate studio that has quickly become my favorite place — hang out and talk with the folks after practice, Yoga Nook is that kind of local place where you feel a sense of acceptance and belonging."  - Jim N.

"Serene. Intimate. Fresh. Energy. Peace. Welcoming. These are the words that come to mind when I visit the Yoga Nook in Chesapeake. Natasha and Alex have created a yoga haven — an ideal place to practice yoga, quiet the mind, explore the possibilities, and take part in a positive community. It's safe, clean, encouraging, and uplifting. Classes are scheduled at ideal times, offered for all levels of practice, and are affordable. Actually, taking a class at the Yoga Nook is priceless, but the class fees are reasonable. The space is small but the experience is powerful!"  - Lori Z.

"I tried several places and in the end kept coming back to Yoga Nook for the energy. It is a small and intimate studio with a very positive and supportive energy. I have been to some great studios all over the area and in my travels but this is where I feel most at home."  - Jeff B.
