This foundational class is designed for the new or seasoned practitioner. We explore and refine the practice through increased awareness of the body and breath. It is possible to experience improved flexibility and range of motion, reduced blood pressure, and better sleep when including yoga into your weekly routine. Props and modifications will enhance your experience. Suitable to prenatal and postnatal practitioners.
Yin and Yang
This class warms and strengthens the body from the inside out with 45 minutes of energizing Yang (active) postures, linking movement with breath. Followed by 30 minutes of gentle Yin (passive) floor poses to release physical and mental tension. Depending on the teacher, you could experience hatha floor poses, Yin, restorative poses or all three. It is possible to experience improved flexibility and range of motion, reduced blood pressure and better sleep when including yoga into your weekly routine. You will leave in a blissful state of relaxation that will carry you through the rest of your day. Modifications will be given to meet the needs of individual students.
Yoga Level I
In this vinyasa (linking movements with breath) class, we warm and strengthen the body with Sun Salutations and other traditional yoga poses, while building awareness through proper alignment and breathing. We incorporate standing, balancing, twisting, mild backbends and inversions. Modifications and variations are offered to meet the physical needs of individual students.
Yoga Level II
In this level 2 vinyasa (linking movements with breath) class, we combine upper body strength, flexibility and cardio through Sun Salutations and creative sequences. We incorporate arm balances, binds, backbends and inversions. In this class, the students develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind as they increase physical strength, stamina, flexibility and overall health. Through a dynamic practice of continuous movements, this class helps rid and flush the body of wastes and toxins, thus cleansing and purifying it. 6-month level 1 class experience recommended.
In this dynamic class, we access prana (life force) to cultivate a deeper sense of integration within our body and mind. We explore challenging transitions and strengthening sequences with a sense of integrity. Moving beyond our mental limitations of form and mind, we create space for the Self to unfold. We incorporate arm balances, binds, backbends and inversions. 6-month level 1 class experience recommended.
A soothing and restorative class with focus on mind-body awareness. We include deep breathing, seated and reclined poses, as well as guided meditation and end with deep relaxation. We use props to support the body and give you the tools to bring balance, ease and well-being into your daily life. All level students are welcome, including prenatal. Sunday class at 4:30 is $5 for non-members.
In Yin class, we stimulate the deep connective tissues of the body, such as, ligaments, bones, and joints. By generating internal heat; we improve our physical, mental and emotional well-being. We hold postures from 2-5 minutes removing blockages and improving the flow of energy throughout the body. Most poses will be seated or lying down. Pregnant women should use caution in hip opening poses. We use props to enhance and support your practice. Open to all levels (prenatal and beginner friendly).
An inviting blend of delicious movements and stretches for healthier joints and back. Followed by a set of Yin poses which stimulate the deep connective tissues of the body such as, ligaments, bones, and joints. Intro To Ashtanga
Ashtanga is a dynamic, vigorous practice that uses breath control techniques (vinyasa) to flow from one asana (posture) to the next. As the breath and body flow together as one, internal heat is generated and begins a process of purification. Regular practice cleanses the body, stills the mind and promotes great energy. We recommend knowledge of foundational poses and familiarity with Vinyasa before attending.
"Sit to get Fit", an appropriate class for those with physical limitations, injuries or looking to explore a different modality of yoga. Using a chair as an extension of our body, we will explore a variety of postures, breathing techniques and end with deep relaxation. It's possible to experience improved flexibility and range of motion, reduced blood pressure and better sleep when including yoga into your weekly routine. Suitable for all students & senior friendly.

Y12SR is an innovative addiction relapse prevention program that integrates the wisdom of yoga and the practical tools of 12-Step recovery programs.

Our prenatal, foundational and restorative classes offer a space for pregnant women to engage in safe physical activity and to reduce mental stress. Our classes focus on alignment, flexibility, balance and joint health. Through traditional poses, core strength is developed to support a healthy pregnancy. Focused breathing and deep relaxation help prepare the body and mind for birth and postpartum. We offer modifications to meet the needs of our soon to be moms and provide them with the support they need to maintain a healthy practice.
